Terms and Conditions
• A 50% deposit is payable on confirmation of booking and the balance must be settled a month prior to arrival—deposits are NON-refundable.
• Payment accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Switch or Cheque.
• We do NOT accept groups under the age of 18 (unless arranged with management)
• Friday and Saturday Minimum stay 2 Nights from 1st April to 30th Sept 2011
• £100.00 bond (cash or credit card pre-authorization only) required per room.
Cancellation Policy
0-7 Days prior arrival 100% of the reservation is charged
8-28 Days prior arrival 50% of the reservation is charged
+29 Days Cancellation is free of charge
* Requires a minimum stay of 2 nights at Friday, Saturdays & Bank Holidays.
** Budget En-Suite Room with bunk beds for 1 to 3 person only
*** Please Note : Guests staying in rooms with 4, 6 and 8 beds have to make
their bed themselves. Sets of linen, pillows, bath towels and duvets are provided.
