• A 50% deposit is payable on confirmation of booking and the balance must be settled upon arrival or prior to arrival.

• We do NOT accept groups under the age of 18 (unless arranged with management)
• Friday and Saturday Minimum stay 2 Nights from 1st April to 30th Sept 2012
• £100.00 Security Deposit (cash or credit card pre-authorization only) required.

Cancellation Policy

0-7 Days prior arrival 100% of the reservation is charged
+7 Days Cancellation is free of charge
